Building Character, Kindness & Compassion

Diane is on a mission to help children build character, compassion, and kindness through learning about the life of a service dog. Her books do just that by teaching how service animals help people with disabilities live better lives. Diane’s work was featured in Oprah’s O Magazine Commemorative Edition in 2011. The Story Behind Maggie

Maggie was a retired service dog that Miss Thomson a teacher, brought to her school classroom as a therapy dog.
